Terms of service
1. Definitions
1.1. We or the Seller – MB “Advandaed”, company registration number 306450103, registered at Žirgų g. 18-6, 14257 Raudondvaris, Lithuania.

1.2. Store – the online store operating at advstore.lt.
1.3. You or the Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the Store. A natural person may be a Buyer only if they are at least 18 years of age, or if they are between 14 and 18 years of age and have the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
1.4. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller collectively.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person whose identity is known or can be identified.
1.6. Terms – these Terms of Service, which apply to the purchase and sale of goods in our Store.
1.7. Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration in the Store, where their personal data and order history are stored.
2. General Provisions
2.1. By using our online store, You confirm that You have read and agree to these Terms. The Terms constitute a binding legal document that sets out the rights and obligations of You and Us, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the Parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Store.
2.2. Only Buyers as defined in Clause 1.3 of these Terms are entitled to purchase goods in the Store. Please note that certain rights provided for in these Terms apply only to Buyers who are natural persons purchasing goods or services for consumer purposes.
2.3. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. You will be informed of such changes upon accessing the Store. The updated version of the Terms enters into force upon publication in the Store and applies to all new orders. If You do not agree with the amended Terms, You have the right to stop using the Store.
2.4. You must familiarize Yourself with our approved and publicly available Privacy Policy. By using the Store, You agree to the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with it, You must refrain from using the Store.
3. Ordering Goods and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. The Buyer may place an order through our online store by providing their details and selecting the desired goods.
3.2. A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order by email.
3.3. The purchase agreement is valid only in accordance with these Terms and the offers presented in the Store.
4. Your Rights
4.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are undamaged and unused.
4.2. You also have the right to exchange or return goods in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.
4.3. This right may be exercised only if the goods are returned within 14 days and are undamaged, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
5. Your Obligations
5.1. You must provide accurate and correct information when registering and placing an order.
5.2. You must pay for the ordered goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms.
5.3. You are responsible for safeguarding Your login credentials and must not disclose them to third parties.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if they are undamaged and unused.
6.2. Returns and refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days, with the amount refunded to the Buyer’s specified bank account.
6.3. If the Buyer chooses to exchange goods, they must pay the price difference if the price has changed.
7. Product Quality and Warranty
7.1. All goods sold by us are subject to the quality warranty provided for by applicable law.
7.2. If the goods do not meet quality requirements, You may return them or request a replacement.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays in delivery if such delays are caused by third parties.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for any losses arising from improper use of the goods.
9. Right to Withdraw from the Sales Contract
9.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
9.2. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract after receiving the goods, the Buyer must cover the return shipping costs.
10. Delivery of Goods
10.1. Goods are delivered according to the method selected by the Buyer, using courier services or in-store pickup.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. All purchase and sale contracts concluded under these Terms are valid only under this version of the Terms.
