Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions for returning, exchanging goods and receiving refunds in the online store of MB “Advandaed”.
Detailed procedures for purchasing goods, returns, and the rights and obligations of the parties are set out in the Terms of Service.

1. Right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract

1.1. A Buyer who is a consumer (a natural person) has the right, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, to withdraw from a purchase–sale contract concluded remotely without providing any reason.

1.2. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract by email at support@advstore.lt.

2. Conditions for returning goods

2.1. Returned goods must be:

  • unused;
  • undamaged;
  • not having lost their commercial appearance;
  • with original labels attached;
  • in the original, neat packaging;
  • accompanied by a proof of purchase.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from actions that were not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods.

3. Return shipping costs

3.1. The costs of returning goods are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where defective goods or incorrect goods are returned.

3.2. The Seller is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged during the return process due to improper packaging or the Buyer’s chosen shipping method.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected.

4.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

4.3. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been actually received and inspected.

5. Defective goods

5.1. If the Buyer receives defective or incorrect goods, the Seller undertakes to:

  • replace the goods with appropriate ones, or
  • refund the paid amount, including delivery costs.

5.2. In such cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and legislation governing consumer protection.
